First class may take up to 4 weeks to some countries. If you don't receive your order with in 4 weeks you must contact us to properly file a claim with the International Dispatch and Customs.
We cannot process claims, refunds and or replacements after 4 weeks.
APO ships priority no matter where you are at no extra charge so feel free to choose regular first class...yey!!!
